This task deals with the effective management of the project, enabling the production of original and high-level scientific knowledge and ensuring the promotion and dissemination of that knowledge. Project activities will be coordinated so as to facilitate information exchanges between partners and stakeholders, and produce deliverables in due time.

Main contributors: Ribolzi O. (IRD, GET) will coordinate the project with directe support scientific leaders of each partner: Pierret A. (iEES-Paris); Foucher A. (LSCE); Micollier E. (CESSMA); Bouvet A. (CESBIO). The NEPL management unit, in collaboration with DALaM (Laos), will facilitate the logistics and results dissemination to policymakers, local stakeholders and relevant sectors.

Detailed program of work: throughout the project, meetings will be held at 3-month intervals (see
GANTT, Figure 4) to follow-up task implementation, critically review results and format deliverables. Visio-conferencing will be used to save time while minimizing carbon footprint and financial. A kick-off meeting and a closing seminar will be organised.
